Meet the creative force behind our delectable pastries – Zeynep Turhan - an interior architect turned culinary artist. With a foundation in designing beautiful spaces, she channeled her artistic flair into the alchemy of flavor at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London. After refining her craft amidst the culinary rhythm of Ankara's vibrant restaurant scene, life whisked her away to Eindhoven, where a new passion began to rise. Here, she has been lovingly kneading life into artisan sourdough bread and a medley of pastries since 2021.
